4th Annual Well~Being Fair 2026

Celebrating the Healing Arts
at Mahon Hall on Salt Spring Island

Saturday April 4th

Please Note: We are now full. There is no more room for Vendors or Practitioners this year, but please be sure to check back for next year’s fair!

Let’s all take responsibility for advertising the Fair and what we will be offering. If you create a social media post then please share it with me and I will share it on our social media platforms as well. If you all do a short video reel about your offerings that would be great to share. Lisa will be doing them from February onward celebrating the Fair as a whole for us. We have learned that the video reels are very effective and get the most response on social media.

We ask that all participants complete a full description of what they will be offering, all offerings must be something that supports wellness for people or the planet. If you are sharing your table with a friend then include what they are offering in the description as well. We reserve the right to withhold spaces if your offerings do not meet the wellness criteria.

You are responsible for bringing your own table and set up. There are a few tables at the Hall but you will need to speak with Cindy if you want to reserve one. They are kept for those who need to arrive on foot or by ferry or who need assistance for set up.

Do to sensitivities we have to ask that you do not burn incense or any other substance in the Hall. Please support us in keeping everyone feeling comfortable by respecting this limitation.

There will be Tea, fruit, water, cookies, coffee, and a kitchen that all participants will have access too in-kind throughout the day.

Guests will be entering by donation with a chance to win a door prize. If you would like to offer a prize that would be very welcomed and appreciated. Most of our prizes are donated by community sponsors. There will be a kids corner again this year so parents can enjoy the event while their kids do too.
