Well-Being Fair

Saturday April 6th, 10am – 4pm
Sunday April 7th, 11am – 3pm

Reserve your Vendor spot or Taster spaces.

Vendors will be allotted up to 6ft spots. Bring your own table and table coverings this year. Vendors are responsible for keeping their spot full for both days. There may be a few tables available at the Hall if you need one, but you will need to e-mail us to inquire if you need one. Thank you!

Taster Spots are up to 7ft spaces, bring your own set up including table so you can make the space meet your unique needs. We will have dividers between tasters spots set up. 

You can claim your spot in the Hall and set up on Friday Night or Saturday Morning. All set ups must be completed by Saturday at 9:30am.

Vendors and Practitioners joining our Fair will also be mentioned in our Catalogue for the Wellness Tour. Please e-mail us a photo and 20 word bio so we can add into the Catalogue.

Practitioners who have paid for a yearly subscription to be on the Navigator for Wellness Directory will receive a code through their e-mail that will enable them to register for the Fair or Tour for 50% off.

Saltspring Island Wellness Tour

**Registration for the Wellness Tour is now closed.  The Fair will stay open until we are sold out.**

The wellness Tour will be a Catalogue featuring Spa Treatments, Yoga Classes,Workshops and Private Practitioner Offerings throughout the island with those that are registered in our Catalogue as a part of the Wellness Tour. 

Guests can link to practitioners through the Catalogue to register for classes and treatments. Bookings and Payments will be done directly with Practitioners. 

The Catalogue will be sent off island through social media and in hard copy to invite guests from off island to venture into a Wellness Weekend on Saltspring Island.

Deadline for Registration for the Wellness Weekend Tour Catalogue will be February 22, 2024. Practitioners, Studios, and Spa’s registering in the catalogue for the Weekend Wellness Tour will need to send us a photo, information on offerings and a calendar of offerings as well as a link for guests to contact you directly to reserve their session with you.  All information can be sent through info@navigatorforwellness.com

Hotels, Resorts, & BnB’s offering a discount to those coming to the island for the Wellness Weekend Tour can advertise Here:
